Where is my book?
Your book should arrive to you within 3 weeks of being sent to the distribution center (a little longer during holiday seasons due to the postal service).
If you haven’t received your book within the three to four weeks from the time it was sent to the distribution center, feel free to e-mail [email protected]
Please note: you may want to check if you actually ordered a digital copy versus a physical copy. You will be able to tell by the way your receipt looks.
Receipts for digital copies Receipts for physical books
I ordered multiple copies of my book but some are missing from my order. What can I do?
If you received a package that didn’t include all of the books, we are very sorry about that, and we would love to help you! Please e-mail [email protected]. Please be sure to include how many books were missing AND forward Brenda a copy of your receipt. She will need the receipt to send to the distributor to get your book(s) out to you. It should be a full copy that includes your address.
What happens when I order my book?
When you submit your order, your order goes to a database in our system. We download the orders once a week (starting December 2020) and submit them to the distributor (located in Milwaukee).
The distributor then uploads the file we send into a database and creates the labels to ship out your books. Because it goes into a queue, this process can take a week or two to generate the labels and the tracking information. The warehouse employees then pack the books and ship them out.
How have book orders been impacted by COVID-19?
Our contact at the distribution center, Ryan, tells us that book orders have skyrocketed since the summer of 2020 and they have had to hire more people to keep up with the orders. While that has been wonderful, there have been some growing pains that are compounded by the precautions necessary with COVID-19. In order to meet the demand of the orders while ensuring their employees’ safety, they have built 4 stations, spaced out by 30 feet between each station, and separated by plexiglass panels in between each station. They have also implemented directional requirements for employees to walk around the warehouse to reduce contact.
We are proud to be partnered with a distributor who cares for its employees’ well-being. We appreciate your patience as we work out our ordering system and give our distributors the space to grow and ship the books in a way that honors their employees’ health and safety.
Can I order a physical copy of the book from outside of the United States of America?
Unfortunately we are unable to ship copies of the book outside of the United States of America. Please feel free to check out your local bookstores for this book. Alternatively, you can also purchase the e-book that will be downloaded as a pdf copy here.
